As an Assembly Line Operator at Grinntech, you will play a crucial role in the production of our cutting-edge lithium battery packs. Your responsibilities will include:
**Qualification**:Diploma (EEE/ECE/Mechatronics/Mechanical) or ITI(Electrical/Mechanical)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and equipment.**
- Perform quality checks and inspections on products.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an assembly line operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with wire bonding, laser cleaning, glue dispensing, and pack testing.
- Knowledge of lithium battery technology and assembly processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
