**About the team**

The Platform Team (Cleared Derivatives) team in FIS are a highly motivated and talented bunch of vibrant people. The team operates on the principles of responsibility, accountability, and collaboration. The expertise of the team cuts across technology and business units, as it is one of the few exceptional teams that supports multiple businesses across the globe. Team is primarily responsible to work with vendors to upgrade license/version of dockers and Kafka, manage and fix vulnerabilities, platform network support for cleared derivatives environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
- Provides consultation to internal users with regard to software capabilities and use.
- Follows escalation procedures, when appropriate, to resolve incidents, problems or known errors in a timely manner.
- Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.
- Assists development teams in requirements definition, system design and delivery of projects.

**What you bring**:

- Must have 1 - 3 Years in platform support in As400 - IBM ISeries
- Hands on experience on IBM I -series (AS400)
- AS400 User management
- Data restore in AS400, perform data restoration from the TAPE drive as per the requirements
- Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS Cleared Derivatives products, ClearVision, Ubix and Apex collateral.
- Deploy product upgrades/patches on the clients Production environment
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues
- Coordinate between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting.
- Require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system.
- Knowledge of CRM (SNOW/Jira/Salesforce etc. )
- Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.
