We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to head our IBM Maximo and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practice. This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic direction, solution development, client engagement, and team growth in the EAM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the IBM Maximo and EAM practice.
  • Expand IBM Maximo practice and evolve into EAM by incorporating tools such as Hexagon, Aveva, etc.
  • Lead a team of consultants, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for EAM implementations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning EAM solutions accordingly.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of IBM Maximo solutions including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging Maximo Application Suite (MAS), AI, IoT, and mobile capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop team members through training, certifications, and career planning.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to stay ahead of product updates and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Steer a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Practice Lead or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
