Job Title

Practice Lead for Enterprise Asset Management Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Lead to head our EAM practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Maximo, a strong understanding of asset-intensive industries, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade EAM solutions.

The successful candidate will define and execute the strategic roadmap for the EAM practice, expand the Maximo practice by incorporating tools such as Hexagon and Aveva, and lead a team of consultants, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role also involves establishing best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for EAM implementations, leading pre-sales activities, overseeing end-to-end implementation of Maximo solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including 3+ years in practice leadership roles in IBM Maximo and EAM. They will have proven experience in leading large-scale Maximo implementations across industries, strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Maximo Mobile, and integration with ERP systems, and experience with cloud-based Maximo deployments.

Apart from technical skills, the candidate should have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, and be familiar with regulatory compliance frameworks, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and global rollouts.
