We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Practice Lead to drive strategic growth and innovation within our IBM Maximo practice.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of consultants, architects, and developers in delivering cutting-edge EAM solutions across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IBM Maximo, a strong understanding of asset-intensive industries, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade EAM solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the IBM Maximo and EAM practice
  • Expand the IBM Maximo practice and evolve it into EAM by incorporating tools such as Hexagon and Aveva
  • Lead a team of consultants, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality EAM solutions
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for EAM implementations
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of IBM Maximo solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Mentor and develop team members through training, certifications, and career planning

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including 3+ years in practice leadership roles in IBM Maximo and EAM. They will also possess:

  • A strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Maximo Mobile, and integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with cloud-based Maximo deployments (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
  • IBM Maximo certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, and AI/ML in asset management
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 55000, OSHA, etc.)
  • Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience with global rollouts
