Job Description Monthly and yearly issuance of logs to all the departments. Verification of routine calibration and PM activities/ certificates in co-ordination with Engineering and user departments.Monthly Laboratory rounds for compliance check. Retrieval and archival of QA documents/ records. Scanning and filing of QA controlled documents. Control and distribution of QA documents as per established QMS. Goods issue activity in co-ordination with user and Warehouse departments. Dispatch and shipment related activities in co-ordination with BD, admin and QA teams. Preparation of QA documents and reports under guidance. Assisting in vendor qualification/ laboratory qualification and other such audits. Visit to other locations/ manufacturing site such as Puducherry if the work demands.

**Technical Competencies** -Basic understanding of bio pharmaceutical industries/ R&D.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
