**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and videos for digital campaigns.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO activities to enhance online visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the rice industry or food sector is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,765.25 - ₹20,000.00 per month
