The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This role involves leveraging various online channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to improve visibility and attract targeted traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee the company’s social media presence, including creating content calendars, posting updates, and engaging with followers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design, product development) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and track ROI for various campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
