**Roles & Responsibilities-**

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Identify key audiences and craft targeted messaging strategies.

**Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
- Draft press releases, articles, and media kits.
- Coordinate and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.

**Brand Reputation Management**:

- Monitor and analyze public perception of the organization.
- Address any crises or reputational issues with effective communication strategies.
- Act as a spokesperson when needed.

**Content Creation**:

- Write speeches, presentations, and other communication materials for senior executives.
- Oversee the production of newsletters, blogs, and social media content.

**Event Management**:

- Plan and coordinate press conferences, product launches, and public events.
- Ensure seamless event execution and media coverage.

**Research and Analytics**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Use analytics tools to measure the impact of PR campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure message consistency.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies or external consultants, if applicable.

**Required Skills and Qualifications-**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in PR or a related role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Crisis management and problem-solving expertise.
- Knowledge of media monitoring tools and analytics software.
- Creative thinking and storytelling capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with digital PR strategies and social media platforms.
- Proven success in high-profile PR campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
