This is a remote position.
- Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management program to ensure that the company complies with all regulations and ethical standards.
- Manages information flow by researching, recording and analyzing data and information. With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments, they ensure that the business runs smoothly.
- Trains and educates staff so that they are informed of any updates to compliance guidelines.
- Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the internal company policy.
- Acts as contact person between department heads and senior management.
- Keeping records of Payments that are received from the clients.
- Update the accounts software and Quick-books software on a daily basis.
- Manage all day to day Purchase transactions, Bills payable & receivable of the organization.
- End to End Bookkeeping & Year-End Finalization work.
- Monthly Account management Reports.
- Manage employees’ payroll at the end of each month.

**Requirements**:

- You must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably B.Com or M.Com)
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Basic IT skills with a knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Software
