**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process as per the US work timings / shift
- Work closely with the hiring managers in understanding talent requirements in alignment with the business strategy
- Manage and coordinate the interviews, selection, and closing process

**Must-have skills for the role**:

- Experience in hiring for core-functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales etc. (IT Recruitment is NOT preferred)
- Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder Management
- US hiring knowledge & experience

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Full-time
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹136,677.69 - ₹727,102.71 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
