**Data**Measurement & Reporting**Advisor** -**Technology Performance** -**Tech Metrics & Reporting**(TMR)**team**

Position Overview

The Technology Metrics & Reporting (TMR) team is looking for a skilled tableau reporting expert. This role is responsible for building a number of tableau dashboards utilizing various data sources e.g. Jira, Pathfinder, ServiceNow, Clarity, Workday etc., and performing required data analysis or investigations. They will also be responsible to maintain and adhere to the standard practices, process documentation, QA as well as collaboration activities across multiple teams within and outside of the immediate team group. They will work with Reporting stakeholders and customers to share the dashboards as well as any related data analysis.

They must possess a combination of technical and interpersonal skills to be able to develop and share their work with a broad group of our partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Tableau views with a variety of data sources to help our partners visualize their information and identify any areas of opportunities.
- Complete process of requirements, analysis, design, build and testing of the dashboards.
- Comply and maintain the best practices, adhere to the standard processes and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate & Partner with other Tech Metrics & Reporting team members as well as our partners outside of the core team.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Continuous focus on process optimization and automation, as well as documentation.
- Socialize & demonstrate scorecards and improvement findings with various partners including management and leadership teams
- Create and maintain necessary documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and production support on existing dashboards.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- Proven skills to build interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
- Proven experience with data analytics, troubleshooting and investigations.
- Advanced skills in Excel to validate and structure data when data.
- Ability to write complex data queries (Tableau/SQL Server) and utilize database in most efficient ways.
- Tableau certification preferred.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across teams.
- Knowledge of Jira, Workday, ServiceNow tools and related data elements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget.

**Required**Experience** & Education**:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, IT or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 11-13 years of hands-on technical expertise in Tableau development utilizing multiple data sources, focused on SQL Server databases, and data analysis.
