We are an innovative robotics company specializing in the development of **humanoid robots**, **autonomous mobile robots (AMRs)**, and **automated guided vehicles (AGVs) **for industries such as logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing. As we scale our operations, we are seeking a **Networking Administrator **to manage and maintain our growing network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure communication across all systems, devices, and robotic platforms.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Design, configure, and maintain **the company’s LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity for robotics systems, servers, and end-user devices.
- Manage **networking systems **including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points to support both office and production environments.
- **Monitor network performance**, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, speed, and security.
- Implement and maintain **network security measures**, including firewall rules, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and encryption to protect sensitive robotics data and operations.
- **Coordinate with robotics engineers **to ensure that networking protocols and connections meet the requirements of AMR and AGV deployments.
- Set up and manage **remote access solutions **for robotic systems to allow secure, remote troubleshooting, updates, and control.
- **Document network configurations**, performance metrics, and troubleshooting processes to ensure a clear and up-to-date record of network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with external vendors for **hardware procurement **and **network system upgrades**.
- Stay updated with the latest network technologies and **security protocols **to improve and upgrade systems as necessary.
- Perform **regular backups **of network configurations and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

Required Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in **network administration **and management, with a proven track record of handling enterprise networks.
- Proficiency in **networking protocols **(TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP) and networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience managing **network security **tools such as **firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS**, and **encryption methods**.
- Experience with **Wi-Fi networks **and troubleshooting wireless issues in complex environments.
- Knowledge of **network monitoring tools **(e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) for performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of **Linux-based networking environments**, commonly used in robotics and ROS.
- Experience with **remote access tools **for managing and troubleshooting systems, including robotics.
- Understanding of **virtualization **technologies and cloud-based networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve **network outages **and performance issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in an environment that supports **robotics**, **automation**, or **IoT systems**.
- Certifications such as **CCNA**, **CCNP**, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with **ROS (Robot Operating System) **network communications and how robots connect to servers and the cloud.
- Experience with **network segmentation**, **QoS**, and **traffic management **for devices that rely on real-time communication.

Key Areas of Focus for the Role:1. Network Infrastructure Management:
