**Role: Admin Executive**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Admin Executive** to support our chamber’s day-to-day operations and events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office administration, documentation, and correspondence
- Assist in organizing chamber meetings, events, and member activities
- Handle membership records, subscriptions, and related communication
- Support accounting and finance teams with basic documentation
- Coordinate with members, visitors, and stakeholders professionally
- Maintain records, reports, and filing systems

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Good written & verbal communication (English essential, Tamil preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
