**Reports to: HR Manager**

The Front Office Administrator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office while ensuring seamless coordination with housekeeping activities. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and monitoring housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Front Office Administration**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, including meeting room bookings.
- Keep accurate records of visitors, clients, and service requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining reports.

**2. Housekeeping Monitoring**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely and high-quality cleaning and maintenance of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
- Address any housekeeping-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the premises.

**3. Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Communicate daily cleaning schedules and special tasks to housekeeping staff.
- Provide updates to management on housekeeping performance and front office activities.

**4. Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist visitors and clients with inquiries, directions, or requests.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Prior Experience must from Office/company front office/Admin Executive
- Must able to manage the Reception and House keeping regular activities
- Must have Good communication skills, if Malayalam language know added advantage
