As a **LinkedIn Personal Branding Specialist**, you will be entrusted with the critical role of shaping and sustaining the professional personas of our clients. This role places a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, the premier platform for professional branding. Your principal responsibilities will comprise creating engrossing LinkedIn posts, managing social media engagement, initiating and upkeeping impactful conversations, and executing other personal branding strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and publish persuasive, meticulously researched LinkedIn posts that align seamlessly with our clients' professional images and industry trends.
- Manage social media interactions, including prompt and professional responses to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
- Initiate meaningful discussions with industry influencers, thought leaders, and prospective partners to elevate our clients' brand visibility and credibility.
- Scrutinize social media analytics to monitor the efficiency of our branding strategies, make necessary modifications, and present findings to clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest personal branding tactics and social media trends to keep our clients' brands current and competitive.
- Collaborate with other team members to devise a holistic and personalized branding strategy for each client.

Required Skills and Experience:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal branding, public relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing abilities, with the competence to write in various styles and tones.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, and hands-on experience in social media management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the knack to network and build relationships.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects concurrently.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
