Roles and Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of Bench Sales, including handling OPT, CPT, H1B, TN, GC, USC, and EAD profiles, and transferring H1B profiles.
- Coordinate with consultants to assess their suitability and comfort level with requirements before submission to vendors.
- Post resumes on various job portals such as Dice, Monster, and social networking platforms, and submit consultants to suitable job postings.
- Regularly broadcast consultant profiles and company hotlists to maximize visibility in the market.
- Track submissions, follow up regularly, and avoid duplication of submissions within the team.
- Inform consultants about vendor calls and end-client interview schedules, and prepare them for interviews.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to secure favorable terms for placements.
- Ensure consultants' comfort with their work environment and address any concerns or queries promptly.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relations with clients, vendors, and consultants, and handle performance-related discussions effectively.
- Identify potential vendors and cultivate strong relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Experience working with Tier 1 Vendors and effectively coordinating with them to facilitate placements.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Senior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter, with previous experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and creative approach to work.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
