**Position Summary**:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for an established team. The Customer Service Coordinator will provide non-technical assistance to our customers, partners, and internal staff and provide a consistently excellent standard of assistance and service. The Customer Care team works to resolve cases by understanding issues and providing the appropriate assistance. This varies from directing customers to the appropriate team for technical support to troubleshooting issues encountered when utilizing resources such as our Community or Support Portal.

**Responsibilities/What you get to do**:

- Work as part of a team to provide assistance to customers, partners and internal staff for issues related to accessing Technical Support
- Make use of phone, chat and remote access tools appropriately
- Maintain team goals and objectives
- Ensure customer communication is timely, maintained and appropriate
- Participate in and promote the creation and consumption of knowledge
- Follow defined processes while identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in focus activities as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
- Experience with incident/ticket tracking software
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be pro-active, self-motivated, organized and efficient
- Must be a customer-focused team-player with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
