**Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all phases of ETP plant construction and manufacturing.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential hazards in civil, mechanical, and electrical work areas; perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- **Site Supervision**: Monitor day-to-day site activities (civil foundations, structural works, piping, electrical installations) to ensure safe execution.
- **Permit System**: Implement and manage Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities (e.g., hot work, confined space entry, electrical isolation).
- **Training & Awareness**: Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers and contractors.
- **Incident Investigation**: Report, investigate, and document near-misses, accidents, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and compliance reports for audits and internal reviews.
- **PPE Management**: Ensure proper usage and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all site personnel.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enforce safe practices across disciplines.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **civil, mechanical, and electrical safety standards**.
- Experience with **ETP/STP/industrial plant construction** is highly desirable.
- Proficient in preparing and enforcing **Safety Management Plans** and **Emergency Response Plans**.
- Familiar with **OSHA, IS codes, NFPA, and local regulatory norms**.
