**We are Urgent Hiring For Hotel Industry**

**POSITION TITLE**: Customer Relations Executive / Tele Caller

**REPORTS TO**: Sales Manager / General Manager

***:
Telephonically attend the guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Should have detailed information about the hotel, its packages Offers etc.

**CRE / Tellecaller DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure best client service is being made available through communication.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team whenever needed.
- Recording, updating and maintaining customer information in the database.
- Handle the grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about services and offers using scripts.
- Zeal to learn about new offers. Products, Services to explain them to clients.
- Creating a focus on attracting new business. Go to extra miles to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Should deal with negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Follow and promote hotel standards with guests, co-workers.
- Participate in the hotel’s various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centres etc.

**PREREQUISITES**:
Proven experience as CRE or Tele sales representative with an proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably on the calls. Good knowledge of relevant software, computer programme and telephone systems.. Cool tempered and able to handle rejections

**EDUCATION**:
MBA / Graduate with excellent English and Hindi communication and interpersonal skills

**EXPERIENCE**:
2-3 years experience in the Telecalling, Customer relations, sales and marketing or related professional area. Preferably from Hotel, Resorts background.

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹18,546.90 per month
