The Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring the sell-down of assets and their processing is captured correctly, processed timely and ensure support to the Middle office for any syndication/Participation of deals.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in Risk participation agreement and knowledge of funded/Unfunded deals
Documentation and knowledge of Trade products
Review and provide feedback on the transaction for eligibility of sell-down
Knowledge of accounting entries for Trade products
Reconciliation and Payment of interest to investors
Assisting the Middle office with queries relation to Participation and investor queries
Providing SME trainings and ensuring that all process are followed as per the established LOP's.
Monitor metrics pertinent to client satisfaction & Ensuring high emphasis on controls within the team.
Serve as a senior escalation point for internal and external clients.
Ensure and monitor the right focus is placed on Zero Error processing of transactions.
Align with internal stakeholders within Citi for delivery and processes.
Accountable for overall unit and deliverables of the team. Skills:
Trade Products Knowledge - especially in risk Participation of assets/Syndication/funded and Unfunded deals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize own workload
Assertive & strong teamwork/interpersonal
Multi-tasking a must requirement
Motivated and self-driven with limited oversight requirements
Mentor and motivate the team members on a time to time basis
Excellent decision making skills
Critical and independent thinker
Strong focus on Controls

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree with 8-9 years of experience in Trade Operations/ Services
Post Graduate (preferably Finance) with 6-8 years of experience in Trade Operations/ Services.
