**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, program benefits, and career outcomes in a clear and engaging way.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with leads.
- Understand the learner’s needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
- Update lead details and communication history accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams for campaign feedback and lead quality.
- Participate in weekly meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Fluency in **Marathi** or **Telugu** (spoken and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms or sales CRM tools (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (EdTech preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
**Educational Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
