About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the B2B SaaS and telecom-enabled customer acquisition sector, focused on voice-led sales and regional-language outreach for enterprise and SMB customers across India. We run high-velocity, on-site sales teams that convert inbound leads and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive revenue in regional markets.

This opportunity is for a Marathi-speaking Business Development Executive on-site in India, supporting regional sales initiatives and building strong local pipelines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive regional B2B sales in Marathi: execute high-volume outbound prospecting and convert inbound leads to meet weekly/monthly revenue goals.
  • Qualify prospects, map decision-makers, and develop opportunity-specific value propositions to progress deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and schedule product demos in Marathi; coordinate demos with technical/sales teams to accelerate closure.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, close deals, and hand over customers to onboarding and delivery teams for seamless implementation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records, activity logs, and forecasts in the CRM; produce timely reports for sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and messaging for Maharashtrian markets; feed customer insights back to product teams.
