**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collection Efficiency**:
○ Achieve and sustain a monthly collection efficiency rate of [percentage]% through proactive management and optimization of collection strategies.

○ Ensure timely and effective follow-up with third-party collection agencies on overdue accounts to maximize recoveries.
- **Agency Performance Management**:
○ Regularly monitor and assess the performance of third-party collection agencies.

○ Set and communicate performance targets; ensure agencies meet these targets consistently.

○ Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance collection strategies.
- **Compliance Adherence**:
○ Ensure all collection activities adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and guidelines.

○ Regularly review and update collection processes to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- **Portfolio Analysis**:
○ Analyze the loan portfolio to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.

○ Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses and maximize recovery, particularly from high-risk accounts.
- **Customer Relations**:
○ Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

○ Ensure all customer interactions are handled ethically and in alignment with company policies.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
○ Generate detailed reports on collection performance, including metrics such as collection rates, delinquency rates, and recovery rates.

○ Analyze trends to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
- **Training and Development**:
○ Provide training and ongoing guidance to collection agents to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

○ Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend improvements to collection processes.
- **Cost Management**:
○ Monitor and control costs associated with the collection process.

○ Identify opportunities to optimize resource use and reduce expenses while maintaining collection effectiveness.
- **Technology Utilization**:
○ Utilize technology tools and software to streamline collection processes and boost efficiency.

○ Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall collection capabilities.
- **Risk Management**:
○ Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks related to loan default collections.

○ Assess the impact of external factors on collection performance and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in collections management, particularly with third-party agencies. -Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in collections.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with collection management software and tools.

Pay: ₹239,560.25 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
