We're looking for a dynamic and professional **Guest Relations Associate** who will be the face of Cluster Coworks and ensure every member and guest feels valued and supported from the moment they walk in.

**Job Overview**

As a Guest Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests. Your role is to create a welcoming, professional, and friendly environment. You will handle front-desk responsibilities, assist with member queries, coordinate events, and help maintain a high standard of customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests and members warmly and professionally.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, calls, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information about Cluster Coworks services and facilities.
- Assist in onboarding new members and guiding them through workspace usage.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities team to ensure clean and well-maintained workspaces.
- Maintain a record of visitors and manage daily reports.
- Support event coordination and community engagement activities.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and help in resolving member concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with coworking culture is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable using basic tech systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
