Requirements:
- Assist in managing and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Regularly update spreadsheets, databases, and reports to ensure accurate data entry and integrity.
- Proficiency in Basic computer (MS Office).
- English should be good.
- Excel, MS word skills.
- Presence of Mind
