**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Act as the point of contact between clients, vendors, and the design team.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update project files, documents, and office records.
- Support designers and project managers with material procurement and vendor coordination.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely stock availability.
- Provide administrative support to ensure project deadlines are met.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in office coordination/administration, preferably in an interior design or architecture firm.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design-related tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
