**Overview of the role**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Associate to join our team Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify potential colleges and build relationships with key decision-makers to promote our courses
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the specific educational needs and challenges of each college and develop customized solutions to address them
- Manage a portfolio of prospects and opportunities, prioritize tasks, and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes
- Conduct ongoing research to stay informed of emerging trends in job requirements
- Reach out to colleges across the country, build relationships, and promote our placement courses
- The Unknown: We are a fast-paced start-up looking to grow leaps and bounds You will be a key member of the team and will get to learn and explore as we grow.
**Prerequisites**:
- Experience working in a university collaboration or ed-tech start-up preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working on-site and building strong relationships with college administration
- Engineering or MCA Degree
