Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, presenting project features, closing sales, and providing after-sales support. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers to showcase the project's amenities and benefits, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate project features and benefits
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Prior experience in real estate or a related domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
