Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at R J Traders. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our company. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate and sell products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and strive to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus and a genuine desire to help customers find the right products.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of products in the industry (e.g., electronics, fashion, home goods) is a plus.
- Familiarity with using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
