**Role Overview**:
As a **BPO Executive**, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and supporting the operations team in delivering exceptional service. This role requires effective communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication scripts and company protocols.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to call quality, volume, and response time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
