**Salary**:INR 18,000 - 35,000 per month.

**Work Hours**:Night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM), Monday - Friday

Job Overview:
We are hiring energetic and persuasive **Telecallers**to join our vibrant team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia’s eLearning programs.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their career goals.
- Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling follow-up calls or demos.
- Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
- Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and competitors’ offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**:, or telesales, ideally within the EdTech or eLearning space.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal skills with a clear and neutral accent.
- **Results-Driven**: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
- **Resilience**: High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability to challenges.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
