**Role Overview**
- indiagold is looking for an experienced **Freelance Field Sales Trainer** to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for our growing sales team. The trainer will be responsible for equipping field sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to drive lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management. This freelance role requires flexibility, with training sessions conducted in multiple locations, starting with Delhi and Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver effective sales training programs focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion for indiagold's gold loan products.
- Train new recruits and current employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Monitor trainees’ progress and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
- Tailor training content to local languages and market-specific nuances.
- Collaborate with indiagold’s management to align training programs with the company’s sales strategy and objectives.
- Ensure post-training evaluation and follow-up to track improvement and impact on sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in field sales training, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and team motivation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations to conduct training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules effectively.
