**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Expert -Education Sector-Admissions -Freelancer** to promote our courses, generate qualified leads, and convert them into enrollments. This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive on results and want to work with a growing aviation brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Converting the leads into enrollments/Admissions.
- Team Management
- Lead Generation
- Follow up for lead closures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the education/training sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Passion for aviation or interest in the education/training industry is a plus.

**Compensation**:
**Revenue-Based Commission**
You will be paid a **percentage-based commission on each successful course enrollment**. Higher conversions = Higher earnings.
