- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including corporate leaders, CEOs, government officials, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Address client concerns swiftly and professionally to uphold trust and credibility.
**Lead Generation**
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Actively seek potential collaborations with government entities, private organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
**Sales Meetings**
- Organize and conduct sales meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Understand client needs and present customized solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
**Strategic Business Growth**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Contribute to the expansion of sales channels and innovative business models for increased growth.
**Product Presentation**
- Deliver impactful product presentations to diverse clients.
- Mentor junior team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Market Expansion**
- Strengthen the company’s footprint in new and untapped markets.
- Identify and establish partnerships to improve market reach and business opportunities.
**Record-Keeping & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to the management team.
**Sales Targets & Performance**
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Implement best practices for pipeline management to sustain business growth.
**Qualifications & Requirements:Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Experience working with government clients, including bidding and tendering, is preferred.
- Proven ability to establish and manage high-value client relationships.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, e-procurement platforms, and government bidding procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
