**Qualification: MBA - Logistics & International Business, Post Graduate Diploma in Export Import.**

**Job Location: Chandigarh (Zirakpur Corporate Office).**

**JD FOR THE POST OF IMPORT-EXPORT COORDINATOR**
- Responsible for EXIM Imports & Exports Documentation, Schemes such as EPCG, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, RoDTEP etc.
- Hands on experience in dealing with Customs & Excise Officials on a daily basis for Imports, Exports, DTA sale etc.
- Co-ordinate with PPC, Stores, Warehouse for arrivals and dispatch on daily basis
- Preparation of MIS on a Monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders, CHA, Transporters for Freight Negotiations & Customs Clearance activities on a daily basis.
- Ensure all Statutory Returns & Compliance for Customs, Excise, DGFT, EIA etc are filed on time with the respective Govt Agencies.
- Records Keeping as per Statutory Requirements, Checking of Bill of lading, shipping bill
- Support Stores & Warehouse activities.
- Checking & Clearing Invoices of Service Providers, E-way bill preparation for import shipment
- Detailed Knowledge of Export/Import rules and compliance statutory requirements.

**Key Skill - EXIM Policy, Advance Licence, DGFT Rule, Export Documentation, Customs, CHA**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
