Key Responsibilities:

- **Cleaning and Servicing Guest Rooms**: This includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, emptying trash, and restocking amenities.
- **Cleaning Public Areas**: Maintaining cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, and other common areas.
- **Replenishing Supplies**: Refilling toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms.
- **Reporting Issues**: Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate personnel.
- **Guest Interaction**: Assisting guests with requests or questions and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- **Stocking Housekeeping Cart**: Ensuring the cart is properly stocked with supplies for cleaning and servicing rooms.
- **Following Procedures**: Adhering to established cleaning protocols and standards.
- **Maintaining Room Status**: Keeping track of room occupancy and status using assignment sheets.
- **Reporting Lost Items**: Notifying management or front office of any lost items found in rooms.
