Job Title: Admin Executive - Signage Industry - Mumbai
As an executive in the Administration Department, you will oversee the daily office operations, handle correspondence, coordinate with vendors, and provide support in HR-related tasks. This position will also provide you with the opportunity to develop practical skills and knowledge in vendor management and negotiations across the entire company
**Job Description**:
- An Admin Executive is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel for senior management
- Manage inventories of office assets, data management, quotes, renewals, stationery, registering complaints and resolving the complaints as per requisition
- Manage and resolves complaints for IT / non-IT requirements
- Maintain attendance records PAN India and seek vendor quotes
- Assist HR Team with data management in HRM software
- Manage accurate records for various inventories, data management, registering complaints for various utility purposes required as per circumstances
- Filing.
