Then we are looking for you **Tasks and responsibilities**: - Auditing: Plan, prepare and execute on-site or remote audit of applicants and certified operations as assigned and evaluate the evidence to determine the compliance towards the requirement - Document review - Sampling - Preparing detailed audit reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations, approving and distributing the audit report - Ensuring audits reports and documents are submitted on time and review it for its completeness - Conducting audit follow-up - Maintaining good relation with the clients - Maintaining contact with the Certifier (Certification Manager) on regular basis - Assisting with handling of claims and appeals - Keeping upbreast of all the Certifications Programmes offered by the company and about the industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the COSMOS program and organic regulations and inputs approvals - Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to related industry sectors - Extensive travel (up to 20-25 days in a month) across India **Requirements**: - Graduate in Chemistry/ Cosmetics or work experience in chemical/ cosmetics industry - Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical/ cosmetics industry - Minimum 1 year experience should be of auditing as a qualified auditor under a national organic program such as USDA-NOP, EU, JAS, NPOP, KO or under RSPO/ any other cosmetics certification program - Lead Auditor course of ISO 9001/ 14001 would be advantageous - Knowledge of microbiology/ biochemistry/ biotechnology is preferred - Good command of English in speech and in writing - Excellent presentation skills - Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency with MS Office - Willingness to travel extensively anywhere in the country **Our Company**: From our roots in agricultural inspections, Control Union have been operating for over 100 years and by now are engaged in many fields including inspections, certifications, logistics, collateral management and risk management etc. Our in-depth knowledge and experience covers all aspects of the supply chain in many industries including agriculture, têxtile, energy, forestry and sustainability etc. Disclaimer: Please do not expect our team to respond if you do not meet the specified requirements. **Harmandir Kaur Raina**: - HR Manager "I have been working here since the start of my career Its one of the best experiences to hire the right person, for the right role, and see them succeed".
