Then we are looking for you **Tasks and responsibilities**: - Executing audits (as per ISO 19011 requirements) and sampling - Document review - Preparing and conducting all on-site audit activities - Preparing, approving and distributing the audit report - Conducting audit follow-up - Assisting in training and capacity building - Maintaining good relation with the clients - Internal coordination and coordinating with the clients - Collaborate with global and regional scheme coordinators for the project - Assistance with handling of claims & appeals - Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to aquaculture and seafood and related sectors - Travel (up to 15-20 days in a month) across India **Requirements**: - Graduate in Aquaculture - Postgraduate in Aquaculture or related science is advantageous - Minimum 3 years of experience in aquaculture industry (fishery farms, hatcheries) in quality or R&D or production - Certified - Knowledge of ISO 19011 standard - Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/ 14001 would be advantageous - Experience and knowledge of sustainable and organic farming certification schemes would be an added advantage - Good command of English: in speech and in writing - Good report writing, presentation skills - Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency with MS Office - Willingness to travel extensively (upto 15-20 days per month) across India **Our Company**: From our roots in agricultural inspections, Control Union have been operating for over 100 years and by now are engaged in many fields including inspections, certifications, logistics, collateral management and risk management etc. Our in-depth knowledge and experience covers all aspects of the supply chain in many industries including agriculture, têxtile, energy, forestry and sustainability etc. Disclaimer: Please do not expect our team to respond if you do not meet the specified requirements. **Harmandir Kaur Raina**: - HR Manager "I have been working here since the start of my career Its one of the best experiences to hire the right person, for the right role, and see them succeed".
