Jhpiego is hiring for the position of Program Assistant - Nutrition who will be responsible to provide support to the nutrition team administratively. The program is aimed to increase the capacity of the States/UTs to meet the nutrition targets to transform the lives of millions of people by improving the overall status of nutrition in the country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides logístical support to the team by arranging meetings, conferences, and workshops, managing event logistics, coordinating travel, preparing materials, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Communicates with vendors, partners, donors, and team members to ensure smooth operation of administrative and logístical functions.
- Takes notes and minutes during project meetings.
- Support in documenting the program activities in the states, as per the project work plan in close coordination with the nutrition team
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the organization.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in administration or related fields, with minimum of 2 years’ experience in admin and /or logistics;
- Should be able to identify and solve problems that may arise during administrative and logístical processes;
- Should have excellent attention to detail to ensure that all administrative and logístical tasks are completed accurately and efficiently;
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
