A leading IT company is looking for Finance Controller as below

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate audits (internal and external) and ensure appropriate corrections are made if necessary.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
- Manage tax filings, VAT returns, and liaise with auditors, banks, and external advisors.
- Evaluate accounting systems and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
- Support business decision-making with financial analysis and advice.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal financial controls and processes.
- Manage risk assessment and support in strategic financial planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum [5+] years of proven experience in a financial controller or senior finance management role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, IFRS, and local regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

CA/Masters Degree

Minimum Experience : 5 yrs
