Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional who can
independently manage the entire finance function
of the company - from accounting and budgeting to compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reviews.
  • Manage statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, income tax, and audits.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, systems, and best practices.
  • Handle project-wise costing, fund flow, and vendor payments.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and growth.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • M.Com (Finance) / CA / MBA (Finance)
  • 10–15 years
    of experience in finance, preferably in real estate, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage finance operations independently.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
