Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kerala, India, for a Trainee Executive - Vehicle Loans. The Trainee Executive is responsible for supporting the vehicle loans team in processing loan applications, verifying customer documents, evaluating loan eligibility, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. Additionally, the role will involve assisting in disbursement processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure a seamless loan application and processing experience. The role will also include monitoring repayments and assisting in collection efforts, contributing to the smooth operation of the vehicle loans business.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of financial products, specifically vehicle loans and related offerings
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
  • Strong document verification, data handling, and process management skills
  • Communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Basic understanding of banking/financial services regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; prior experience in the financial sector is an advantage
