Job Title: Sales Executive - Master batch Manufacturer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the plastic industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the plastic industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic industry through market research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

7. Negotiate terms and close sales deals in accordance with company policies and procedures.

8. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.

9. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Plastic industry, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the plastic industry.

3. Strong understanding of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

7. Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.

8. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.

9. Adaptability and resilience to overcome challenges and setbacks.

10. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
