**Salary Range**: 18,000 to 35,000 [currency]

**Education**: Any educational background

**Age Range**: 22 to 35 years

**Experience**: 1-2 years in sales counseling

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Provide detailed information about products and services to prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and meet sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Address client inquiries and complaints, providing solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Team Management**:

- Support and guide the sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and plan future actions.
- **Branch Operations Management**:

- Handle the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure the branch meets its operational and sales targets.
- Maintain a high standard of branch appearance and functionality.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Organize events and activities to attract and engage customers.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales counseling.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales counseling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- **Attributes**:

- Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
