Education: Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation

Minium Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Required Skills**:Knowledge of Cement plant instrumentation and LS shredding & feeding system. Excellent in communication as well as documentation. Proficient in MS Office, SAP and TM1.**
- ** Instrumentation Maintenance and Troubleshooting**
- Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems and devices, such as conveyor belt scales, vibration monitors, flowmeters, and control valves in the limestone crusher area.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in instrumentation systems, ensuring mínimal downtime of the crushing operations.
- ** System Optimization and Reliability**
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of instrumentation systems used in crushing operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize instrumentation for process efficiency and accurate monitoring.
- ** Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements for all instrumentation systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, calibration certificates, and system modifications.

Diploma

3-5 Years
