Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing instrumentation systems in lime stone transport and over-line belt conveyor areas to ensure smooth operation, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Instrumentation Maintenance and Monitoring**:

- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments, sensors, weigh feeders, and automation systems used in limestone transport and over-line belt conveyors.
- Ensure proper functioning of monitoring systems, including vibration, speed, and alignment sensors, to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- ** Control System Optimization**:

- Configure and optimize PLC/DCS systems to ensure seamless integration and accurate data acquisition for process control in limestone transport and conveyor operations.
- Develop and implement improvements in instrumentation systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- ** Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all instrumentation systems meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments for instrumentation-related hazards and ensure safe execution of maintenance activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma

3-5 Years
