Overview:
The TIBCO Administrators role has the overall responsibility managing current TIBCO platform and Integrations. This person will partner with cross functional leaders across Business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives utilizing TIBCO middleware technology. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Application Administration, Business Applications. Prior TIBCO Administration and scripting experience are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis, design, and implementation of interfaces of on-premises and cloud solutions
- Develops strategy, best practices and architecture in the design, development and deployment of scalable and secure interfaces
- Own the development of interfaces for business cases
- Manage and align priorities and schedules with business expectations and dependencies
- Provide detailed design and solutions for integrations
- Take ownership of issues, using sound judgement to propel issues to resolution
- Design integration solutions focused on TIBCO, NetSuite, Salesforce and other business systems
- Work with peers and Subject Matter Experts to create end to end detailed integration solutions
- Coordinate and multi-task across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the organization

Qualifications:

**Qualifications include**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Expertise in TIBCO products - BW, TEA and Classic Administration, Hawk
- At least 2 years of TIBCO Administration is mandatory
- Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP integration experience is plus
- Experience with TIBCO DB Adapter, File Adapter and Salesforce plugins
- Strong knowledge in TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO BW 6.x and TIBCO EMS administration
- Hands on experience with XML technologies: XSLT, XPATH, XSD & WSDL
- Hands on experience with JSON
- Experience with implementing web services (SOAP/REST) in TIBCO Business Works
- Good understanding of SOA principles / REST APIs and best practices
- Knowledge and experience with RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server
- Prior experience with exposing and integrating with web services / REST APIs is needed
- Strong background in working in developing complex middleware integration solutions with tight deadlines
- Hands on experience with SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter and other test tools
- Must be capable of working independently to pursue solutions and problem solving
- Should be a good team player
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly; keeping pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in productivity, collaboration, and cloud
- Proven problem analysis and critical thinking skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
