**Job Title**: Sales Consultant - Automobile Industry

**Location**: Prabhadevi Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring they have a positive and satisfying experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of automobiles, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, build rapport, and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and warranties to prospective customers.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, including financing and trade-in options.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Prepare and process necessary sales documentation and paperwork accurately.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to streamline the final stages of the sales process.
- Attend product and sales training sessions to stay updated on new developments in the automotive industry.
- Follow up post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive features, brands, and trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
